THE WALKING BUS

Every morning a group of children walks to Oakfield School together with two adults. Our «bus» has four stops and always leaves the first one at 7:50. The children wear yellow jackets, so that drivers can see them easily in autumn and winter. Families do not pay anything for this, but each of them must help once a month – one parent walks with the whole group. If you want to join us, write your child's name on the list in the school office.

  • undefined. The text informs us that the walking bus A. costs a small amount of money. B. works only in autumn and winter. C. needs some help from parents.

FREE WI-FI IN CASTLE PARK

From 1st June you can use the internet in the whole park, not only near the café. You do not need a password – just choose «CastlePark» on your phone and press the green button. One connection lasts two hours; after that time you simply start again. Please remember that the network does not work after 10 p.m., because the gates of the park are closed for the night.

  • undefined. This notice informs us that in Castle Park A. you have to ask for a password. B. the internet is free only near the café. C. the network is switched off at night.

Wiktor

Three weeks ago I started writing down every English word I didn't know. At the beginning I hated it – my notebook was full of long, ugly lists. Then I began drawing a tiny picture next to each word. Now I remember almost all of them, and my last test was the best one in the class. My brother laughs at my drawings, but I really don't care. I want to fill the whole notebook before Christmas.

  • undefined. This note is about A. a way of learning that works for the author. B. problems with English lessons at school. C. a competition the author took part in.

PHOTO HUNTERS. We never meet indoors! Every Saturday morning we go to a different place in our town – the old bridge, the market square or the river.
